Türkan Albayrak, a female worker who was dismissed işten çıkarmak from her job at an Istanbul hospital, leading her to embark girişmek on a 117-day-long labor action in front of her former önceki place of employment,returned dönmek to her job Thursday.
Following her long struggle mücadele, which included kapsamak a hunger strike açlık grevi, in protest against her dismissal from Paşabahçe State Hospital, Albayrak will now work at the Sarıyer Community Health Center.
Albayrak was working for a sub-contractor taşeron company at Paşabahçe State Hospital in Istanbul's Beykoz district ilçe, but was dismissed for becoming a union birlik member.
Before that, she worked at Türk Telekom under the same sub-contractor, but was dismissed from there too for on the same grounds dayanak.
She opened a case olay against the company, but later returned to the job. This time, however, the subcontractor firm assigned her to the Beykoz hospital, which was far from her house.
She became the member of another union there and was later dismissed, leading her to start her most recent job action.
