One day while they are playing cards in the club, one of his friends tells about an event about a robber who steals a lot of money from a bank and runs away. But his friends think it is impossible so they bet with him.

Then he starts his journey with his servant. He experiences lots of interesting things during his journey. He helps other people whenever they are in need of. But in the train station a detective ,Fix, sees them and he suspects they have stolen the money from the bank. So he starts to follow them and even once tries to speak his servant to get some information about Fogg. But the servant trusts Fogg and so he doesn't believe Fix when he says Fogg is a robber.
