"Have to" , "have got to" ile kıyaslandığında "have to" daha resmi yerlerde kullanılır. "Have got to" konuşma dilinde kullanılır. "have go to" resmi olmayan yazışmalarda (chat, sms...) da konuşma diline daha yakın hale gelir. "I've got to go." veya "I've gotta go." şeklinde yazılabilir.
