EBay to own 93 percent of Turkish e-commerce site

EBay, owner of the world’s biggest e-commerce marketplace pazar yeri, announced Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire almak additional fazladan share hisse in Turkish e-commerce website GittiGidiyor.com.

The deal anlaşma follows eBay’s acquisition of a minority stake hisse in the company in 2007. With this latest share acquisition, eBay will own nearly 93 percent of the outstanding dikkate değer shares of GittiGidiyor.com.
